'Music & Words'

The 1st Morston 'Music & Words' Festival - Saturday 26th July 2025

With more acts still to be announced, the line-up for Morston's first 'Music & Words' festival, to be staged in the village, is already impressive.

As well as acoustic pop/folk music from Cambridge band The Kobayashi Bookstore, visitors can expect to see Britain's favourite potter Emma Bridgewater, artist Annie Tempest, Norfolk author D.J. Taylor and the tell-all tales of Intimacy Co-ordinator' Lucy Fennell, interviewed by 'Impromptu Shakeseare's' very own Rosy Fordham.

With more music and other names to be added, all is set for an entertaining afternoon and evening in the wonderful surroundings of the garden of Church Farm House, Morston.

Organised by 'Morston Tales & Ales' in aid of the Friends of Morston Church, the event will run from 4pm until 10pm on Saturday 26th July - with doors at 3.30pm!

FOOD & DRINK Refreshments will be available.

Tickets are priced at £25.00.
